Home >> Content >> Councils

Councils represent the viewpoints of the various disciplines that relate to tissue recovery, processing, storage, distribution and transplantation.

There are six Councils, which represent the following disciplines and members: Accredited Tissue Banks, Physicians, Processing and Distribution, Quality, Recovery and Donor Suitability, and Reproductive.

There is no minimum or maximum number of members that may serve on a particular Council. Except in the case of the Physicians Council, there are no criteria applicable to membership on a Council.
