When is the deadline for booking a room?

The deadline for booking a room in the AATB block is September 14, 2018. You can book your room here.

Exhibitor Information


I’m interested in purchasing a booth. Where can I find information about booth pricing and the floor plan?

I’m ready to register. How do I register to be a 2018 Annual Meeting exhibitor?

You can register to be an exhibitor here.

How many badges do I get per booth?

You will receive two badges per booth. If you have more people that will be attending the show from your company, they must register as an attendee.

When is the deadline to submit my exhibit application and payment?

The deadline is September 7, 2018. You must submit your application and payment information by this deadline in order to be included in the program guide.

Does AATB accept checks for exhibitor fees?

No, we only accept credit card payments.

When are exhibitors allowed to move-in?

The exhibitor move-in is on Tuesday, October 9, 2018 from 2:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.

When are exhibitors allowed to set-up?

The exhibitor set-up is on Wednesday, October 10, 2018 from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

When does the exhibit hall open?

The exhibit hall is open during the following days and times:

  • Wednesday, October 10, 2018 from 5:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m. during the Welcome Reception
  • Thursday, October 11, 2018 from 7:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
  • Friday, October 12, 2018 from 7:30 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.

When are exhibitors supposed to do tear-down?

Tear-down is on Friday, October 12, 2018 from 2:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.

I’m exhibiting at the Annual Meeting this year. I want to be able to ship my booth ahead of my arrival. Who should I contact about shipping?

What is the deadline for ordering services with GES at a discounted rate?

The deadline for ordering your services with GES at a discounted rate is September 14, 2018. Be sure to keep your GES Service Kit handy in your email for your reference.

I’m an exhibitor and would like to be included in the on-site guide. What is the deadline for submitting my company’s information?

The deadline for submitting logos and company description (25 words or less) for the on-site guide is September 7, 2018.

Sponsorship Information


What are the sponsorship levels and prices?

The sponsorship levels are the following:

  • Bronze
  • Platinum
  • Gold
  • Silver

In addition to the above sponsorship levels, there are also opportunities for print advertising.

You can register to be a sponsor here.

What types of payment does AATB accept for sponsorships?

We accept either a check card or check for sponsorship fees. Please make checks payable to: American Association of Tissue Banks (AATB), 8200 Greensboro Drive, Suite 320, McLean, VA 22102, USA.

When is the deadline to submit a sponsorship application and payment?

The deadline is September 10, 2018.

When should I have all of my sponsorship materials physically in Dallas?

You should have all of your sponsorship materials physically in Dallas by October 7, 2018.
