Tip #1: Don't forget your passport.

Attendees and exhibitors should remember to bring their passports to Toronto. Be sure to apply for a passport in advance if you do not have one. If you need your passport renewed or corrected/changed, make sure you give yourself ample time.

Tip #2: Contact your cell phone provider.

Be sure to contact your cell phone provider to inform them that you are going to Toronto. When traveling abroad, always understand the international calling and data plan associated with your cell phone plan. This prevents you from receiving surprise charges on your cell phone bill.

Getting There

Toronto has two international airports: Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ) and Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport (YTZ).

In a hurry to get to downtown Toronto? Avoid the traffic and take the UpExpress from the Pearson Airport to downtown in as little as 25 minutes.

Transportation in the City

Once you are in Toronto, there are plenty of transportation options to get to your hotel including, but not limited to: buses, the subway, streetcars, taxis, ride share, and biking.
