Most organizations have a major focus on quality, but most inherited a quality system. What would it be like to develop a quality management system from the ground up? During this session, we will learn about the journey in building a tissue recovery quality management program from scratch.

Tiffany Meredith

Tiffany has been in the organ and tissue donation field for more than 10 years. She is currently the Manager of Compliance and Regulatory Affairs at the Lions Eye Institute for Transplant and Research. Her quality background began at LifeLink Foundation in 2011 as a Quality Assurance Review Coordinator. Tiffany is an active member of the EBAA Quality Assurance Committee. Recently, LEITR acquired the Tissue Bank Division of RTI, in which Tiffany completed a tremendous amount of work on bridging the regulatory requirements between EBAA and AATB.
