Your booth rental includes the following:

  • 10’ high back drape and 31” high side rails (no alterations may be made to the standard 10’ height dimension)
  • One (1) 7” x 44” booth identification sign with company name and booth number
  • One (1) 6-foot skirted table
  • One (1) trash receptacle 
  • Two (2) chairs
  • Listing on the event website and mobile app (for Exhibitors confirmed by August 14)
  • Complimentary conference registration for two (2) company representatives for member companies; one (1) company representative for non-member companies
  • Access to a directory of meeting attendees through the mobile app (for all attendees who allow their info to be shared)

Exhibitor Conference Registration Badges

To register the complimentary booth representative(s) included with your booth purchase, please send their name, title, and email address to Julie Bly, AATB Director of Membership, via email at blyj@aatb.org before August 31. All representatives must have an AATB portal account prior to registration. If a representative does not already have a portal account, one must be established before their information is submitted.

All additional registrations for exhibiting personnel must be purchased through the conference registration page.

Only registered and badged individuals (18 years of age and older) will be permitted on the exhibit hall floor.
