AATB Annual Meeting: Things to Know Before You Go!

The Annual Meeting begins next week, Monday, September 19 – Thursday, September 22, at the San Antonio Marriott Rivercenter in San Antonio, TX. After two years of virtual conferences, we can't wait to see you! 
 
As you prepare to attend the meeting, please take a few minutes to peruse the meeting agenda on our website and review the important logistical information listed below so you can plan your days accordingly.

Download the Mobile Event App! 
Make the most of your conference experience with the 2022 AATB Annual Meeting mobile event app. The mobile event app will allow you to view the most up-to-date agenda and create your schedule, view presentation slides, connect will fellow attendees, plan which exhibitors you would like to meet, and much more.
 
 *NOTE: You will need the mobile event app to print your badge at registration.
 
Downloading the Mobile Event App

• Search for the "eventScribe" app in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store
• Install and open the event app
• Search for "AATB" in the Upcoming Events
• Tap the Annual Meeting event icon to launch the event's app

Conference Website
The conference website provides an alternative to the app if you wish to access conference materials from your computer. You can also complete the survey(s) and view session recordings later on the conference website.
 
App and Conference Website Credentials
If you are registered for the conference, your login is the email address you used to register for the conference. Your Password (Access Key) was emailed to you last Friday, September 9. 

App Tips

• Download the app before you go! Wi-fi connections on-site can affect the functionality of the app.
• Browse the event information and create a personal schedule by tapping on the star next to the presentation titles.
• The app will include additional information about the sessions, including speaker information and room locations.
• You will also be able to complete the Annual Meeting Evaluation to earn CEUs and attain your certificate of attendance through the app.

Before arriving on-site, we suggest you download all presentation slides by clicking "Get Slides" in the bottom left-hand corner of the app so that they are all saved and accessible on your device at the program's start.
 
You can also access and save presentations on your computer by visiting the conference website.

South Texas Blood and Tissue will host a Blood Drive on September 20 & 21 at the AATB Annual Meeting. Every donation makes a difference. Sign up to donate and give back to the local community of San Antonio.

Cancellation Policy
Refunds for cancellations are no longer being accepted. Refunds also will not be given for no-shows; however, you may transfer your registration to a colleague by contacting aatb@aatb.org.
