Conference: Dress is business casual. We recommend dressing in layers and wearing comfortable shoes.
50th Anniversary Celebration: Business or formal attire is requested. Suits, jackets, dresses, and comparable attire are appropriate. Please no jeans or casual wear.
Please Note: Congress badges are required for entry to sessions and Congress events. Be sure to wear your badge throughout the week.

Registration & Badge Pickup
Congress registration and badge pickup will be located at the Yerba Buena Ballroom Registration Desks.
Pick up your badge early! Badge pickup will be available on Sunday, October 4 | 11:00AM – 5:00PM PT. Use the self-serve kiosks for quick and easy badge printing.
Conference badges are required for entry and participation throughout the week.
Exclusive Welcome Breakfast for First-Time Attendees
When: Monday, October 5 | 7:30AM PT
If this is your first AATB Congress (formerly Annual Meeting), join us for a special breakfast to meet fellow first-time attendees, learn tips for navigating the program, and get connected before sessions begin.

AATB’s 50th Anniversary Celebration
The AATB 50th Anniversary Celebration will take place Tuesday evening, featuring a plated dinner, entertainment, and recognition of the AATB 50 at 50 honorees.
When: Tuesday, October 6, 7PM-10PM PT
Where: Yerba Buena Ballroom
The Celebration is a ticketed event, and ticket sales have closed. A separate ticket is required for each attendee and is not included with Congress registration. Seating is currently at capacity.
Attire: Business or formal attire is requested. Suits, jackets, dresses, and comparable attire are appropriate. Please no jeans or casual wear.
Celebration Ticket Pickup
Tickets may be picked up at the Golden Gate Foyer Registration Desk during the following hours:
Sunday, October 4: 11:00 AM–5:00 PM PT
Monday, October 5: 7:00 AM–5:00 PM PT
Tuesday, October 6: 6:30 AM–5:00 PM PT
Sponsored table tickets: The individual who arranged the sponsorship should pick up all tickets for their sponsored table at the ticket counter and distribute them to members of their group.
Individually purchased tickets: Attendees who purchased their Celebration ticket individually should pick up their own ticket at the ticket counter.
If you are attending the Celebration, be sure to pick up your ticket before the event.
Earn Credits
Educational credits available include:
AATB Certified Tissue Banking Specialist (CTBS): 16 CEU max
EBAA Certified Eye Bank Technician (CEBT): 16 CEU max
CME: 9.50 max
To receive credit, you must complete the overall conference evaluation and individual session evaluations through the conference app or website.
Please submit all evaluations by November 7. Credits will be automatically added to your AATB Portal Account by the end of the year.
