The Board of Governors has taken action on the recommendations put forth by the Accreditation Committee, leading to the approval of changes to AATB's Accreditation Policies. You can access a summary of these policy changes, which will be implemented on January 1, 2024, by clicking HERE.
The Accredited Tissue Banks Council has scheduled a Special Council Session for November 30, 2023, from 2:00 PM to 3:15 PM EST, during which there will be an extensive discussion regarding the recent changes to the Accreditation Policies and their potential impacts. All Accredited Institutional Members are welcome and encouraged to attend; invitations will be forthcoming from AATB Staff Liaisons.
