Registration is officially open for AATB Congress 26! Join us October 4–7, 2026, in beautiful San Francisco, CA, as we celebrate AATB’s 50th anniversary and usher in a new chapter for our flagship event. Formerly the AATB Annual Meeting, AATB Congress will bring together leaders, practitioners, researchers, regulators, and industry partners for four days of education, collaboration, and connection. From engaging educational sessions and emerging research to interactive discussions and networking opportunities, Congress 26 is designed to inspire new ideas, strengthen partnerships, and advance the future of tissue and biologics.

As part of our 50th anniversary celebration, join us on Tuesday, October 6, for a special evening honoring the Association's history, achievements, and the community that has shaped its success. The celebration will feature a plated dinner, entertainment, and recognition of the AATB 50 at 50 honorees. A separate ticket is required and is NOT included with Congress registration.

This year’s Congress is more than a new name; it’s an opportunity to celebrate 50 years of AATB while looking ahead to what’s next for tissue and biologics. We hope you will join us in San Francisco!
