AATB is thrilled to invite you to exhibit at AATB Congress 26, taking place October 4–7 in San Francisco, CA!
Exhibit booth opportunities are now open, and due to limited space, we’ve updated the booth selection process. To be considered for exhibit space and eligible for priority booth placement, all interested organizations must complete the Exhibit Booth Interest Form by June 17.
Please note: Even if your organization plans to sponsor Congress 26, you must still complete the Exhibit Interest Form if you also plan to exhibit. Sponsorship opportunities will be announced separately and do not automatically qualify exhibitors for booth placement consideration.
Ready to connect with Congress 26 attendees? Submit your interest form as soon as possible.
Interest forms must be received by June 17 to be included in the initial booth assignment process. Booth placement begins following the close of the interest form and will be based on priority status and submission timing. Organizations that do not submit the form by the deadline will be assigned exhibit space after the initial placement process, subject to availability.

Exhibit Booth Opportunities
Booths will be assigned based on availability and priority placement on a first-come, first-served basis within each priority category. Priority placement will be offered in the following order:
Current Affiliate Members & Accredited Institutional Members requesting:
- 3+ booths
- 2 booths
- 1 booth
Previous exhibitors requesting:
- 3+ booths
- 2 booths
- 1 booth
- All others
As part of the interest form, exhibitors will be asked to identify their top three preferred booth locations based on the exhibit hall floor plan. While we cannot guarantee placement in a specific location, we will make every effort to accommodate preferences based on availability and priority status.
Coming Soon: Sponsorship Opportunities
Congress 26 sponsorship opportunities will be announced in the coming weeks. Sponsorship packages are being finalized and will offer a variety of ways to increase your organization’s visibility and engagement with attendees.
Payment Options
Exhibit booth invoices will be issued immediately following booth assignment. Invoices will be emailed and posted to your Primary Establishment Contact’s (PECs) Portal Account under the Invoice tab. To hold your selection, payment is due within ten (10) business days of the invoice date.
If you’d like a copy sent to an additional recipient, such as your Accounting Department, let us know the email address in advance.
