ECL2 and the American Association of Tissue Banks Enter Agreement For the Quality Management System, (Q-Pulse)
September 20, 2019
We are pleased to announce that ECL2 and the American Association of Tissue Banks have entered an agreement to use the quality management system software Q-Pulse to augment the associations' ability to provide document control and quality systems management services to their accredited tissue establishments and members.
ECL2 currently has over 73 percent of the Organ Procurement Organizations across the United States as clients, of which 35 are accredited with AATB. Additionally, ECL2 provides software (quality, risk and safety) to numerous tissue processors, healthcare organizations, a wide variety of labs as well as government institutions. We believe this partnership will help AATB to become even more connected to its membership by using a familiar tool in maintaining documentation, managing workflows and by providing a mobile audit tool in the field.
"I'm a two-time buyer of this software platform," said Lou Barnes, Chair, AATB Board of Governors, "and know it will serve the Association as well as it has done for me in the past, ECL2 are great partners. I am excited for what this system will do for AATB membership in the years to come."
"I am excited for what Q-Pulse will do for AATB and their membership in the years to come." said Lori J. Ernst, President & CEO of ECL2 Quality Solutions LLC. "ECL2 believes this partnership will offer strong support for AATB to become even more connected to its membership by using a familiar tool in maintaining documentation, managing workflows and by providing a mobile audit tool in the field."
