Dear AATB Members,

As most of you have heard by now, Frank Wilton resigned his position as our President and CEO. We thank Frank for his contributions and service to AATB and wish him well in his future endeavors.

This transition provides us an opportunity to clarify our priorities and deeply discuss our strategic and tactical plans for the remainder of this year as well as 1-year, 3-year, and 5-year horizons.

The Executive Committee is meeting with internal and external stakeholders formulating a search plan for our next leader. Currently we have meetings scheduled up to and through our June 17th Board meeting.

Our current priorities are:

  • Successful completion of this year's board elections;
  • Successful hosting of our Annual Meeting in our first international location, Toronto, Canada;
  • Reviewing Association policies & procedures; and
  • Finalizing Accreditation performance metrics.

Frank built a fine team of professionals who are hard at work executing their respective plans, supported by the BOG Executive Committee. Please reach out to us with any questions you may have, we are here to serve the needs of AATB membership.

Sincerely,

Lou Barnes, Diana Buck, Dan Schultz & Jeff Cox
